"I'm a regular customer. Nothing particularly impressive usually, until I needed to exchange an item past its return date. The staff were really helpful. The young woman and a young man named Izat (I think he's the store manager) tried their best to find the specific shoe model, which was almost out of stock. "I bought a pair of shoes, but they arrived in two different sizes. What's worse, they seem to know this is an issue and keep selling them anyway. I also had to pay extra for the return to cover the price difference. Always double-check before paying, and don't trust this seller. Overall, a bad experience."

I bought the bag only a week ago and used it once; the bag ripped. I asked them to replace it with a new one, but they said they couldn't and could only repair it. I agreed, and they asked me to wait one month. Okay, fine. Now, after a month, they're asking me to wait another two months. Seriously? Poor service!
