"The staff were rude. One of them kept shouting "Bang!" When male customers looked at one of them, another staff member continued with "Bangang." A Chinese female customer was catcalled "Hi sayang" by one of the staff. It's no wonder the sales floor had no customers; the staff created an inconvenient experience for them. Top management should monitor and 'educate' their staff, or at least hire staff with manners and common sense."

"I bought a pair of shoes, but they arrived in two different sizes. What's worse, they seem to know this is an issue and keep selling them anyway. I also had to pay extra for the return to cover the price difference. Always double-check before paying, and don't trust this seller. Overall, a bad experience."

"Compared to the outlets in KL, where the staff would actively assist you until your purchase, the staff here are only really helpful when taking your money after you've already decided to buy something."

I tried to call the outlet to check about shoe stock, but the service person just told me to call the toll service. She said she was just the receptionist and wouldn't check about it.

Hi, I came to this outlet last Friday. I was helped by a part-timer, Fitri, if I'm not mistaken. He was very helpful and friendly. To be honest, I really don't know much about shoes. I wanted shoes for daily use, jogging, working, and for wet floors that wouldn't hurt my legs. He really knew what he was talking about, and his suggestions were quite satisfying. I bought an Asics Gel Kayano 30 from him. So far, I'm finding the shoes very comfortable and a perfect fit for my feet. I ran around 10km at a pace of 6 and they felt quite good. Shout out to this guy 👍. Thank you, and see you again.

"I'm a regular customer. Nothing particularly impressive usually, until I needed to exchange an item past its return date. The staff were really helpful. The young woman and a young man named Izat (I think he's the store manager) tried their best to find the specific shoe model, which was almost out of stock. Overall, I'm impressed with their attitude. I'll surely be back. Recommended! Good job, everyone! 👍🏻👍🏻"
