Staffs was rude. One of them keep shouting “Bang!” When male customers see one of them, the other staff continues - “Bangang”. Chinese female customer being catcalled “Hi sayang” by one of the staff. No wonder sales floor got no customers, staffs created inconvenience experience for customers. Top management should monitor and ‘educate’ their staffs. Or atleast, hire staffs with manners and common sense.

Bought a pair of shoes but comes with 2 different sizes. The best part is - they keep quite even they already know about it. Have to pay extra when return back - to make up the price. Always double check before paid & never trust the seller. Overall - bad experience.

Compared to the outlets in KL where the staffs would literally assist you til your purchase, staffs here are just as good for receiving your money upon purchases.

Hi, I come to this outlet on last friday. Got one part timer, Fitri is his name if im not mistaken. He is very helpful and friendly. To be honest I really don't know about type of shoes. I also want to use a shoes as a daily used, jogging, working and wet floors without hurts my leg. He really knows about what he is talking about and his suggestion quite satisfying. I bought an Asics Gel Kayano 30 from him. Sofar im using the shoes very comfortable and ngam2 with my feet. I run around 10km with pace 6 also quite good. Shout out to this guy 👍. Thank you and see u again.

I'm a regular, nothing impressive until i need to exchange item that's overdue. The staff are really helpful, the girl, the young man name Izat (store manager i think), tried their best to look for the stock for that particular shoe model that's almost out of stock. Overall I'm just impressed with their level of attitude. Surely will come back. Recommended! Good job fellas. 👍🏻👍🏻
