The service is so bad and the waitress is so rude. She 'advise' the customer do not touch the long trouser which hang on it. It's so annoying. Very bad shopping's experience.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at IORA Tebrau! The staff, Lee Song and Mai, were friendly, helpful, and professional. Their positive attitude and excellent service made the entire experience enjoyable.

Bad customer service at cashier counter. Bought 4 items from shop and cashier having a bad mood while we checking on the request for item check. When we having our last item checked, she keep asking what payment mode we are using and pulling a long face as like we owe her $$$. Spoil our shopping mode at Tebrau Aeon mall.

Wider and nice selections in this outlet. Staff is friendly and helpful.
