Bad customer service!!! Not sure how they were employed in the first place. Not friendly, did not entertain my enquiry properly & arrogant, as if they own the place? Especially the guy with spectacle that wears mask. I asked on the ipad stock readiness, he spit a one word answer while facing away from me. Judgmental employees, probably thinks some customers could not afford the product & think we simply waste their time to entertain our question. Please bear in mind, us customers 100% have the intent to buy when we ask regarding the product, the deciding factor to proceed buy or not depends on the customer service. Shame on you, will never go here again & will not suggest to others.

Went to the store and honestly, the staff's attitude was really off. No one came to serve at first, and when they did, it felt super arrogant – like we were bothering them. Just a reminder, you’re not Apple, you’re a reseller.
I placed my order, and the staff just passed it to the cashier without saying anything. I was just standing there not knowing what was going on – felt super awkward. Would be nice if there was at least some basic communication.
Hopefully, the staff gets treated the same way they treat others, maybe then they’ll understand how it feels.

i bought iphone but got dust behind the camera. and i unboxing also inside the shop and you know what got duat behind of my camera. but the staff answer is its not disturb the camera. the things is i buy expensive kot, why cant replace another one for me? like example if you guys buy car and the car got scratch when you received its did you guys want to use it? of course not right. we buy with the pricey kot. please take noted if you guys want to buy iphone. sakit hati kot even its small

I recently visited this store to ask for help with setting up my new phone. While I didn’t purchase the phone there, I was hoping to get some basic assistance with the settings. I was referred to a male employee.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The employee seemed disinterested and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism, as he kept making awkward eye contact and whispering to a coworker during the process. His overall attitude felt insincere, which made it clear that he wasn’t very happy to be assisting us, possibly because we hadn’t made a purchase.
I’d recommend better customer service training for the staff to ensure everyone feels welcome, regardless of whether or not they’ve made a purchase.
