"Just bought something on 4/10/24. The service was very rude, especially the cashier. The 'lady' didn't smile and didn't say thank you. Why be a cashier if you don't respect your customers? There's no need to work in retail if you don't want to face customers. If I had the choice of zero stars, I would give this outlet zero stars. I don't recommend that customers go to this store. Management, please hire quality staff."

"So the cashier was really rude. I was standing in line patiently waiting for my turn, and suddenly someone cut in front of me because the cashier decided that this customer (let's call them Customer B) should go first. Customer B had already settled their bill, but then wanted to add more items and pay again. The cashier said that "they should go first because they had previously settled their bill already." I was like... what does that have to do with me? Don't try to make me pay for Customer B's poor planning. It has nothing to do with me. I am just like any other customer who comes in to shop, and I was disgusted by the cashier's behavior for prioritizing that customer just because they paid more! And FYI, "sorry" doesn't count for the time wasted on things like this. Also, that cashier was slow. My shopping bag strap even fell off. It felt like just because I complained, they decided not to handle my stuff nicely. What kind of customer service is that? I have NEVER had this problem at the other [store name] location, which makes me really frustrated. Then again, I didn't spend much this time, so yeah, I guess it's my fault that the branch decided their course of action based on how much the customers were spending."

The service here was quite bad. I've been to many stores, but some of the staff here were quite rude to me. However, I always support Hype because the design and quality are actually really nice. I'd rather go to another store in JB Tebrau; the service there isn't this substandard.

"The staff were rude. One of them kept shouting "Bang!" When male customers looked at one of them, another staff member continued with "Bangang." A Chinese female customer was catcalled "Hi sayang" by one of the staff. It's no wonder the sales floor had no customers; the staff created an inconvenient experience for them. Top management should monitor and 'educate' their staff, or at least hire staff with manners and common sense."
