I can only think of this as poor service. The first time I asked for a price to add RAM and storage, they said they could do it, even though my laptop wasn't bought from them. Then, two weeks later, when I went back, they said, "Oh, we don't do that if the laptop wasn't bought here." In fact, they are under the same boss (Style Vision) as the Acer Aeon Permas Jaya branch, but the PJ branch could do it for me, even though I bought this laptop from Acer Mid Valley (also under Style Vision).

Aeon Jusco Tebrau: that salesman has no manners and a bad attitude, very bad service! I won't be coming back anymore! Bad experience here. When asking for laptop servicing and formatting, he was disdainful and said they don't provide services for customers. I hope Acer will look into this problem!
The service here was quite bad. I've been to many stores, but some of the staff here were quite rude to me. However, I always support Hype because the design and quality are actually really nice. I'd rather go to another store in JB Tebrau; the service there isn't this substandard.
I asked the Malay staff for another size from their display, but she answered me without looking at me. No smile and she wasn't looking at customers while answering. 👎🏻
