Just bought on 4/10/24. The service very rude especially the cashier ‘lady’. No smile and no say thank you. For what you become a cashier then not respect your customer? No need work retail if you don’t want face customers. If have choice 0 star i will give 0 star for this outlet. I not recommend all customers go to this store. Management please hired quality staff.

So the cashier was rude af. I was standing in line patiently waiting for my turn and all of the sudden was cut off by someone bcoz the cashier just decides that the customer that cuts me off (lets call it customer B), so customer B came first and already settled their bills but after that, they wanted to add in more items and had to pay it so the cashier says that " they should go first bcoz they had previously settled their bills already. So I was like.... What does that hv to do with me? Don't try to make me pay for Customer B's poor plan management. It has nothing to do with me. I am as any other customer that comes in to shop and was f'ing disgusted by the cashiers behaviour for prioritising that customer just bcoz they paid more.!
And fyi, sry doesn't count for the time wasted on shyts like this

My shopping bag strap even fell off. So just bcoz I complained then they decided not to do my stuff nicely. What a customer service. I NEVER had this problem in the other hype store which makes me really frustrated.
Then again, I didn't spend much this time so yeah, I guess it's my fault that the branch decide their course of action based on how much the customers was spending.
