Aeon Jusco Tebrau: that salesman has no manners and a bad attitude, very bad service! I won't be coming back anymore! Bad experience here. When asking for laptop servicing and formatting, he was disdainful and said they don't provide services for customers. I hope Acer will look into this problem!

"The service was terrible. I was thinking of buying a gaming laptop, but the seller's attitude made me change my mind. I would even say...look for another shop."

"4 stars for the Malay staff member who served me. He was patient and willing to help solve my problem while I was buying a new laptop. There was also a Chinese staff member who was playing online games while working; please investigate this. Thanks."

"The worst after-sales support I've experienced. I've bought two notebooks from this store in the past two years. Today, I brought the notebook power adapter back, suspecting it was malfunctioning. It was definitely purchased from them, for verification. The salesperson told me they couldn't check it for me. They asked, if they checked it and damaged their notebooks, "how ah?" I'm so disappointed as their customer. My point is, if they aren't able to perform the test, they could at least politely reject me. I went to the service center, and the helpful technician checked it for me by simply plugging it into any notebook and giving me the answer. I hope this isn't the "concept" that the store name implies for after-sales service."
