4 star for the Malay dude to serve me, he is patient and willing to solve my problem while I'm buying a new laptop, there's a chinese guy who play online game while working, please investigate this. Thanks.

Aeon Jusco Tebrau , that salesmen is no manners and bad attitude, very bad service! And no come anymore! Bad experience here. Asking for service laptop and format, he was face disdain and said not to services for customer. Hope Acer will look this problem!
