Aeon Jusco Tebrau , that salesmen is no manners and bad attitude, very bad service! And no come anymore! Bad experience here. Asking for service laptop and format, he was face disdain and said not to services for customer. Hope Acer will look this problem!

4 star for the Malay dude to serve me, he is patient and willing to solve my problem while I'm buying a new laptop, there's a chinese guy who play online game while working, please investigate this. Thanks.

The worst service...though of buying a gamer laptop but with seller attitude i change my mind. Even can say...look for other shop.

The most terrible after sale support I experienced. Past 2 years got 2 notes book from this store. Today bring along the note back power adapter suspect of malfunction, which definitely purchased from them for verification. Saleperson told me can't check for me. Ask me back if he check for me and damage their notebooks "how ah?". So disappointed as their customer. My point is if not ability to preform the test at least just politely rejecting me. Went to the service centre, the helpful technician check for me just plug in into any notebook and just give the answer. Hope this is the the "concept" what the store name meant for aftersale service.

I couldn't think out any idea other than deeming it as giving poor services.The first time I went to ask for price for adding RAM and storage, they said can do even if my laptop was not bought from them, then 2 weeks later when i go to them they said 'owhh we don't do that if this laptop was not bought from here'. In fact, they were under the same boss(Style Vision) as Acer Aeon Permas Jaya branch but PJ branch could do for me even though I bought this laptop from Acer Mid Valley(also under Style Vision).

The name is Acer concept store but they didnt have ex-stock of the model I wanted. As the only Acer named store in the vicinity I really wish you had at least 1 pc of each model on standby. When I called in, the first person who answered couldn't really understand my question. Also you can go to City square Mall for lower prices on the same models.
