I bought the bag only a week ago and used it once; the bag ripped. I asked them to replace it with a new one, but they said they couldn't and could only repair it. I agreed, and they asked me to wait one month. Okay, fine. Now, after a month, they're asking me to wait another two months. Seriously? Poor service!
