Customer service 1/10. Only have 3 staff on Saturday. I know 3 all of them busy handling customer but then when I approach one of the staff he never ask me to wait first while he serving his customer. I ask him nicely can that i want to change line to maxis then he just reply me “check dulu” then never say anything after that and just ignore me. He can talk nicely to me and ask me to wait for awhile but he never. He just ignore me.

Very poor customer service. The indian male staff is rude, impatient, unhelpful, lacks of knowledge about the products & services. If u unable to perform job duties effectively, i strongly suggest further job training. Take your job seriously & improve ur attitude towards customer service.

Lousy and bad service! went there to terminate my account, after 1 week nothing happen, had to call on Maxis Careline only to found out that they have escalate to wrong department. Really? U ask me to complete all the payment, I pay every single bill including the contract termination fee then after 1 week plus no calls no nothing and the line still active. Yeah, first and last for me to subscribe your services.

Very bad service from this outlet! Applied for the business's wifi and requested us to write in a letter, 3 weeks after the letter is delivered still no wifi at shop. Went over to ask them about it, they told us the letter was the wrong format. We were not informed about it and they did not as for any changes. Whatsapp-ing the PIC and they goes MIA, keeping us on seen not bother replying until we had to go to the outlet to ask them face to face. Wanted to talk to the supervisor, and he keep telling us he didnt know about this, didnt know about the letter format, didnt know my staff not responding, so what does he actually know???? I proceeded to call my boss and staff to informed them about the situation on video call, the supervisor started to shout at me and ask me not to talk bad behind him and ask me to get out from the outlet and started to threaten me and etc. Supervisor not willing to solve anything and just say he need to be in a meeting and never come out from the meeting room anymore. To everyone who plans to sign anything DO NOT COME TO THIS MAXIS OUTLET and i REPEAT!! DO NOT COME TO THIS OUTLET. Totally not recommend, unless you want to get super bad services from them. A waste of my time waiting so long and not getting anything and to get lousy services like this.

Good service only if you look for Chan to assist although he is the only one able to help to explain properly in English, Chinese and Malay. Other staff is not so attentive and not so knowledgeable nor willing to go the extra miles to support the customer especially on new phone settings. Luckily this Chan is there to assist me on setting up the new phone transfer and making sure it's working with proper explanations and very knowledgeable about the overall.
