"Good service, but best if you can get Chan to assist you, as he seems to be the only one able to explain things properly in English, Chinese, and Malay. Other staff aren't as attentive or knowledgeable, nor as willing to go the extra mile to support customers, especially with new phone settings. Luckily, Chan was there to assist me with setting up the new phone transfer and ensuring it worked, providing proper explanations and demonstrating a good overall knowledge."

Customer service 1/10. There were only 3 staff on Saturday. I understand that all 3 of them were busy handling customers, but when I approached one of the staff, he didn't ask me to wait. I asked him nicely if I could change my line to Maxis, and he just replied "check dulu" then didn't say anything after that and ignored me. He could have spoken nicely to me and asked me to wait a while, but he didn't. He just ignored me.

I went to Tebrau and was served by Mr. Prawin. He was so polite and humble, patiently answering our questions. Actually, I had no intention of buying a phone immediately, but I really appreciated his time and effort in explaining everything in detail. Maxis is highly recommended! 👍

"Very poor customer service. The Indian male staff member was rude, impatient, and unhelpful, and seemed to lack knowledge about the products and services. If you are unable to perform job duties effectively, I strongly suggest further job training. Take your job seriously and improve your attitude towards customer service."

Disappointed with the service: ❌ The system number wasn't used after taking a number. I was already sitting there for over 30 minutes. ❌ No approach or greetings. ❌ Not customer friendly.

"Lousy and bad service! I went there to terminate my account, but after a week, nothing had happened. I had to call Maxis Careline only to find out that they had escalated it to the wrong department. Really? You asked me to complete all the payments, and I paid every single bill, including the contract termination fee. Then, after a week plus, no calls, no nothing, and the line is still active. Yeah, this is the first and last time I'll subscribe to your services."

"Very bad service from this outlet! We applied for business wifi and they requested that we submit a letter. Three weeks after the letter was delivered, there was still no wifi at the shop. When we went to ask about it, they told us the letter was in the wrong format. We were not informed of this, and they didn't ask for any changes. When we messaged the PIC on WhatsApp, they went MIA, leaving us on "seen" and not bothering to reply until we had to go to the outlet to ask them face to face. We wanted to talk to the supervisor, and he kept telling us he didn't know about this, didn't know about the letter format, and didn't know that my staff weren't responding. So what *did* he know? I proceeded to call my boss and staff to inform them about the situation on video call, and the supervisor started to shout at me, asking me not to talk bad about him behind his back. He then asked me to get out of the outlet and started to threaten me. The supervisor was not willing to solve anything and just said he needed to be in a meeting, and then never came out of the meeting room. To everyone who plans to sign anything, DO NOT COME TO THIS MAXIS OUTLET, and I REPEAT!! DO NOT COME TO THIS OUTLET. Totally not recommended, unless you want to get super bad service from them. A waste of my time waiting so long and not getting anything, only to get lousy service like this."
