Slow follow up in the ordering and caused extra charges when the promotional package is over and canât do cancellation
Advice not to sign-up any plan from this service center . Just bunch of monkeys staff standing there and know nothing.
At the end i went to Digi store at Dato Onn to settle my cases. The staff at Dato Onn is much knowledgeable and helpful than the whole bunch of staffs station at Jusco Tebrau branch.

Very poor service. Telling system down asked to come 9pm plus. Came at 9.45pm ended up telling shop closed. If you cannot layan your customer at 9.45pm even when your store closes at 10pm officially, close the shutter la! Disappointed service.

Fraudulent customers exchange their original packages. The original phone bill was more than 250 per month, but the phone bill was increased to 355.1. When I went to inquire, I confirmed again and again and asked them to check with my mobile phone. The two men told me vaguely that after one year of my original package, I would be charged at the original non-discounted price. Sometimes they said it should be, and sometimes they said it was indeed like this. After discussions between us and their suggestions, we accepted the termination of the original package, but unfortunately the 2-year contract was not completed, so I needed to pay an additional service fee of 40 and a fine of 357.07. However, after I swiped my card to compensate, the lady at the cashier suddenly said, "Digi will not raise prices for no reason, let me find out for you." Later, they said that there was no starting price because I paid the phone bill too early. After the check, the lady said with a nonchalant attitude, "There is nothing I can do. You have already paid and there is no way to cancel." I would really like to thank the two men in front of me for what they said. I was really helpless at that time. My phone bill was 800 yuan, just for that month. Isnât 800 yuan useful? I called Digiâs official customer service to complain that day, but Digiâs customer service was extremely impatient. I said I wanted to call the police, but he said I didnât even know the staffâs name and how to complain. If I wanted to complain, I could only complain to him, and there was nothing I could do. In the end, I had no choice but to admit my defeat. I have only supported digi since I was a child, but now, after one year of my contract, I will never patronize digi.
