There were three staff members present. Two were busy serving customers, and the other one was doing nothing and then pretended not to see me in the shop.
I waited for more than five minutes before someone finally served me. 👏🏻
A Chinese girl had a very bad, arrogant attitude, as if we owed her money or something.
I sincerely hope that your shop will do "very well" in the future with this kind of staff. 😊

Slow follow-up on the order caused extra charges when the promotional package ended, and cancellation wasn't possible.
I advise against signing up for any plan from this service center. It's just a bunch of clueless staff standing around who know nothing.
In the end, I went to the Digi store at Dato Onn to settle my issues. The staff at Dato Onn were much more knowledgeable and helpful than the entire group of staff stationed at the Jusco Tebrau branch.

"Very poor service. They said the system was down and asked me to come back at 9 PM or later. I arrived at 9:45 PM, and they ended up telling me the shop was closed. If you can't serve your customers at 9:45 PM, even when your store officially closes at 10 PM, just close the shutter! Disappointed with the service."

Don't go to the Celcom store! Go to the Digi store (the yellow one) instead! The attendant there was helpful.

Fraudulent customers are exchanging their original packages. My original phone bill was more than 250 per month, but then it increased to 355.1. When I inquired, I confirmed repeatedly and asked them to check my mobile phone account. The two men vaguely told me that after one year of my original package, I would be charged the original, non-discounted price. Sometimes they said it should be that way, and sometimes they said it was indeed like that. After discussions and based on their suggestions, we agreed to terminate the original package, but unfortunately, the 2-year contract wasn't completed, so I had to pay an additional service fee of 40 and a fine of 357.07. However, after I swiped my card to pay, the cashier suddenly said, "Digi doesn't raise prices for no reason; let me look into this for you." Later, they claimed there was no starting price increase because I paid the phone bill too early. After the check, the lady said with a nonchalant attitude, "There's nothing I can do. You've already paid, and there's no way to cancel." I would really like to thank the two men for what they said. I was really helpless at that time. My phone bill was 800 yuan just for that month. Isn’t 800 yuan a significant amount? I called Digi’s official customer service to complain that day, but Digi’s customer service was extremely impatient. I said I wanted to call the police, but he said I didn’t even know the staff’s names and wouldn’t know how to file a complaint. If I wanted to complain, I could only complain to him, and there was nothing else he could do. In the end, I had no choice but to admit defeat. I have supported Digi since I was a child, but now, after one year into my contract, I will never patronize Digi again.
