"A few days ago, I went to this shop to inquire about a watch, but it was out of stock. I was served by Deena, and she told me she would liaise with the brand salesman to check for any remaining stock. She went the extra mile for me and my sister, which was very impressive. She got back to me yesterday with an update on the watch I inquired about. Kudos!"

I walked into this shop with the intention of replacing my watch battery. An elderly gentleman seated in the shop came over to assist me. I asked how much it would cost to replace the battery, and he said that he couldn't quote a price until I took off my watch to show him. I was fine with this, as I thought he just wanted to see the back casing. He then said he needed to see the brand and that the price would vary depending on the brand, which, to me, was absolutely absurd. Why should the pricing depend on the brand of my watch? The battery cost should be fixed, depending on which country it's from and whether the battery is original or not. When he saw the brand of my watch, he quoted me RM150 for the replacement, which I thought was overpriced – like a rip-off, in my opinion. This is clearly very dishonest, and he has no right to charge such exorbitant prices when the cost of an original watch battery is $3.50. Even if you factor in the labor cost, it shouldn't add up to RM150. I have included pictures to show my honest review, so customers are aware before they visit this store. Photos of the battery they will be using were shown to me as well and can be referred to above. I am sharing this experience to caution customers to be aware and take extra care when purchasing or repairing their watches at this store.

Place: The air-conditioned restaurant has ample seating and a wonderfully playful and lively atmosphere. They have a really wide variety of food and drinks to choose from, so you're spoiled for choice. Service: Ordering is done via QR code on the table, but when needed, staff responded fairly quickly. No complaints. Food: 1. Kids meal: Not exactly the healthiest of meals, as all the food was fried, except for the watermelon and Yakult. Verdict: Taste-wise, it's okay. 2. Teriyaki chicken chop: The chicken batter on the outside was a little soft and soggy, but the taste is okay and flavorful. Side dishes are okay. Verdict: Standard teriyaki. 3. Nasi Hujan ayam masak kicap: Looks are indeed deceiving. The rice was bland despite being colorful, and the chicken was also bland despite being cooked in dark sauce. There was no sauce to go with the entire dish besides the very spicy sambal, and even the tempeh (fried bean paste) was bland and tasteless. The nicest part of this dish was the pickled papaya. Verdict: Worst dish I've tried here.

"Very comforting food if you choose the right options! The pasta with salmon and the salad with popcorn chicken were very good. We also ordered a lasagna, ramen hotpot, baked tomato rice with chicken meatballs, a butter dish bento set, and a banana passion fruit yogurt shake. These were quite average, but the bento set was not very good. The restaurant has a nice decor, but it could be cleaner!"

"Using the QR code to order, I noticed some items were missing from the menu, so I had to ask the waiter. The food was good. I gave it 4 stars because the staff was really helpful. I was celebrating my nephew's birthday, and they sent out the birthday cake with a cute robot. My nephew loved it!"

I'm unsure about giving this restaurant a proper rating. The food is okay, but the service... hmm. I'm sure their closing time is 9:30, yet the staff already placed the bill on the table and asked for payment, leaving me puzzled about what was happening. 🥴

Good for kids, as they have a playground for them. The meals are reasonably priced, and the portions are substantial. It's very high-tech, with robots serving your food. There are a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. It's in a good location in Aeon Tebrau and has a very spacious area with ample parking.

I ordered grilled chicken chop, spaghetti carbonara, and spaghetti aglio olio with grilled chicken. The other two dishes were okay, but the aglio olio is totally not recommended. After eating just two bites, I felt like I wanted to puke. The black pepper tasted raw. There are some ingredients you can use to garnish food, but raw black pepper isn't one of them. If you use coarsely ground black pepper or powder, it's acceptable, but you didn't crush it finely enough. I really regret ordering the aglio olio. Also, you shouldn't charge such a high service tax if your staff doesn't do anything. The food is even delivered by a robot. Other restaurants don't charge service tax but have good customer service. Overall, quite an experience, but I would not come again.
