"Very poor customer service. The Indian male staff member was rude, impatient, and unhelpful, and seemed to lack knowledge about the products and services. If you are unable to perform job duties effectively, I strongly suggest further job training. Take your job seriously and improve your attitude towards customer service."

"Lousy and bad service! I went there to terminate my account, but after a week, nothing had happened. I had to call Maxis Careline only to find out that they had escalated it to the wrong department. Really? You asked me to complete all the payments, and I paid every single bill, including the contract termination fee. Then, after a week plus, no calls, no nothing, and the line is still active. Yeah, this is the first and last time I'll subscribe to your services."

The food is fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Their green curry and sambal belacan are to die for! I like having my sambal belacan with their spicy fried rice.

🪳👎🏻 I ate half of it and then saw a cockroach 🪳 in the rice... I went to complain and ask for a refund. The staff then asked if I wanted to exchange it for a new one! Hello? How do you think I feel after seeing a cockroach? Do they expect me to eat it again?! Disappointed...

Having Thai food while grocery shopping. I ordered the mango appetizer, which was too sour for me, and chicken wings as a side dish. The glass noodles were just right, and the kuey teow soup was a highlight. I ended the meal with a mixed Thai dessert.

The food was very flavorful, which we enjoyed, but it might be too much for people who prefer less salty and oily options. We think it leans more towards Malaysian-Thai than authentic Thai flavors. The price was very reasonable, and it's definitely an okay place for a quick meal.

"Our first time here, and we enjoyed both the steamboat and tom yum soup when we dined at Johnny's. We found the portions to be just right and the food to be of good quality. The tom yum soup is highly recommended. The ambiance could be better. The staff were quite responsive and friendly."
