I ordered grilled chicken chop, spagethi carbonara and spagethi aglio olio with grilled chicken. The other 2 dishes were ok but for aglio is totally not recommended. After eating like two bite i want to puke. The blackpepper taste raw. There's some ingredient that you can garnish on food but blackpepper is not one of them. If you use blackpepper course or powder its acceptable but you did not crush it finely. I really regret ordering the aglio. Also you should not charge service tax so high if your staff did nothing. Even food is delivered by robot. Even other restaurant did not charge service tax but have a good customer service. Overall quiet an experience but i would not come again.

Place: air-conditioned restaurant with ample seats that wonderful kiddy-playful-lively surroundings and ambience. They have a REALLY wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. Just spoiled for choices.
Service: order is via QR code on table but when needed, responded fairly quickly. No complaints.
Food:
1. Kids meal: not exactly the healthiest of meals as ALL their foods were fried, except the watermelon and yakult. Verdict: taste wise, ok la.
2. Teriyaki chicken chop: chicken batter on the outside was a little soft and soggy but taste is ok and flavourful. Side dishes are ok. Verdict: standard teriyaki.
3. Nasi Hujan ayam masak kicap: looks are indeed deceiving. The rice was blend despite being colourful, the chicken was also blend despite claiming to be cooked in dark sauce, there's no sauce to go with the entire dish beside the very spicy sambal, and even the tempeh (fried bean paste) was blend and tasteless. The nicest portion of this dish is the pickled papaya. Verdict: worst dish I've tried here.

I'm unsure about giving this restaurant a proper rating. The food is okay, but the service...hmm. I'm sure they close at 9:30, yet the staff already placed the bill on the table and asked for payment, leaving me puzzled about what's happening right now. 🥴

Today I was dining at SDS at AEON Mall Tebrau City with my family of 4. At about 3.25pm, The staff was clearing our finished dishes at the table. 3 of us walked over to the front (just a few steps away) to look at the bakery products they are selling in the shop, leaving only my daughter at the table who was still eating. When I turned back, I saw 3 of the staffs gathering at my table talking with my daughter still eating there (which is not professional at all), i saw one of the staff clearing my unfinished drink (A&W Root beer float which was half cup filled). I quickly walked back to my table to tell the staff, that I haven't finish my drink. The staff named Eyza handled it horribly! Instead of replying "sorry we didnt know you still want your drink", Eyza replied "OH YOU NEVER SAY ANYTHING".
WHAT?! seriously??? HOW IS THIS MY FAULT?! I thought its the BASIC DECENCY of the staff to ASK THE CUSTOMERS if they still want their unfinished food or drink? How is it that I should be the one to INFORM them not to collect MY UNFINISHED DRINK when not all of us left the table?? It doesn't make sense. It's ridiculous. The manager or staffs there are not trained with the basic rules of the Service industry. My daughter was still eating at the table, I left my unfinished drink on that table to look at some products in the shop, of course I am returning to the table, or perhaps my daughter can drink my unfinished drink as well, right?! How can they see it as I walked off from the table just to see the items on the shelf, they have the rights to collect my drink. I wasn't angry that they collected my drink. I was shocked and angry by the reply and how they handled it, telling me ITS BECAUSE I NEVER SAY THAT I STILL WANT THE DRINK. its my fault?! What in the world. When i said how could she blame me, she SHOOK HER HEAD with frustration, thats when i took out my phone and started recording and she denied shaking her head, and in the video you can see her bad attitude and how she even called me "Eh!". And when i called her out for calling me "Eh" she denied even though it was recorded. Wow what a serial liar. Really terrible! I even have evidence of her lying in the video. It was also shown in my video how she argued and talked back with me. I had sent the whole video to their management.
This is the kind of service they charged me 10% for, joke really. Ridiculous.
I will never patronize this shop ever again. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. And Eyza do not deserve to be a superior in that shop. She's a bad role model for the subordinates, and It's a disgrace to your company.

Using the qr code to order..some of the menu are not there so you have to ask the waiter..food was good..gave it 4 stars as the staff is really helpful..I'm celebrating my nephew's birthday and they send the birthday cake with the cute robot..my nephew love it..

Located right next to the Fanpekka kids play area, this place offers delicious food at reasonable prices with some great deals. They serve a mix of Western and local dishes that rival those of many quality restaurants. There are also a few vegetarian options available. The staff are exceptionally friendly, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable.

I've dined at this restaurant twice, and overall, the food is satisfactory. However, I do wish they would reduce the oil content in their fried dishes. On a positive note, the portion sizes are generous, especially when it comes to the meat. The meat servings are large enough for two of us, which is a major plus.
The service is good! All the staff are very patient and helpful. Despite the oiliness, I'll be back again due to the satisfying portions and excellent service. Hopefully, they'll take my feedback on board and adjust their cooking techniques to make their dishes less oily."

Food preparation was timely and food presentation was okay.
The restaurant was next to a kids play area, might not be the right place for relaxing but most of the time the area is good.

Good for kids as they have playground for them. Meal is reasonable in the pricing and the portion is substantial. Very high tech with robot serving your food. Very wide varieties of food and drinks to choose from. Good location in Aeon Tebrau and very spacious area. Ample parking area.

Very comfort food if u choose the right options! The pasta with salmon and salad with popcorn chicken was very good. Also ordered a lasagne, ramen hotpot, and baked tomato rice with chicken meatballs, and butter dish bento set and banana passion fruit yogurt shake. They were quite averagely nice but the bento set was not very nice. Nice deco for the restaurant but can be cleaner!
