"Not bad, especially if you like strong-tasting coffee."

I know you need to do it FAST, but calm your horses and read the description before making the coffee. It took three iterations to get my coffee right. First, it came out hot. Second, it was made with fresh milk when I asked for Oatside. Third, it was finally right, BUT the barista used the same cup, washed it, and didn't even wipe it! Slow down a bit, man.

"I recently visited Zus Coffee at Aeon Terbrau and, unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disappointing. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the shop ran out of ice at 4 PM, which significantly affected the available menu options. As a result, customers were unable to order several cold drinks. While I understand that running out of supplies can happen, it would be beneficial for the shop to ensure an adequate stock of essential items, especially during peak hours. I appreciate the staff's efforts in managing the situation, but it would be great if steps could be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future and enhance the overall customer experience."

"Long queue, but I love that I can order via the app! It's so easy and connects with Google Pay, so I don't need to key in my card details. The drinks were nice, and new members can get a 1-for-1 deal!"

Helpful staff; you can request a trolley if you buy heavy items (e.g., 10kg cat food), so you don't need to take one from Aeon. Most of the cat accessories were a bit pricey, probably because they're imported from Japan, I guess, but my cats love the toys I bought there! It's located on the second floor, way over on the other side of the mall from Aeon, and directly across from Baskin Robbins.

"Large, pet-centric store with wide and spacious aisles. They mainly carry products for cats and dogs, which is understandable since those are the more popular pets. However, they also have products available for other smaller pets, such as birds and rodents."

The state of animal care is very questionable. A kitten there was obviously sick, its face covered in dried pus or possibly parasites, and it wasn't thriving, looking hapless at the door. The cats look like typical strays; is adoption free, or is there still a fee? There was only one counter staff member, who seemed overwhelmed, and another sitting at a booking counter, not helping in any way.

Very nice pet store with a lot of cat and dog supplies. They also have grooming centers and an adoption area available. I also saw aquariums catered to fish enthusiasts.

"Please treat the cats well. The cats are not being treated with care and appear to be suffering from ringworm and ear mites. It is disappointing to see how they are treated in the display area. When we entered, we were shocked to see one of the ginger kittens had multiple bald patches! The same ginger kitten had a red ring on its chin, which looked very much like ringworm. Another calico cat had pus coming out of its ear. Many other cats also appeared to have ear mites. I hope Petemo can take serious action and ensure the cats are well taken care of."

This store is located under Aeon. It's a really big store with wide aisles for cats and dogs. They do have items for rabbits and other small animals, but they mainly cater to cats and dogs. There are many choices of food for cats, but some items haven't been restocked yet.
