The service was quite good, and the staff were really helpful. At first, I was given the wrong drink, so I returned it. They made a new one, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t prepared according to my request. I hope they can improve on this in the future. Thank you.

I'm usually happy with Zus, but this time I'm really disappointed. I tried to get for a Zus Buddy today from both Molek and Austin branches but find out they were out of stock. I finally found stock at the Tebrau branch and placed my order, but when I went to pick it up, the barista told me it was out of stock there too. It was a complete waste of time, parking and effort.

Ordered Spanish cafe latte but the flavour has changed,taste more milk and less coffee. The management please come down to supervise so the standard will remain the same.

I recently visited Zus Coffee at Aeon Terbrau and unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disappointing. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the shop ran out of ice at 4pm, which significantly affected the menu options available. As a result, customers were unable to order several cold drinks from the menu. While I understand that running out of supplies can happen, it would be beneficial for the shop to ensure an adequate stock of essential items, especially during peak hours. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in managing the situation, but it would be great if steps could be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future to enhance the overall customer experience.

Convenient and consistently good! Love ordering from ZUS Coffee at AEON! The drinks are always great—smooth, flavorful, and made just right. I usually order in advance through the app, and it’s super convenient to just walk in and pick up without waiting in line. The staff are okay, and my order is always ready on time. Perfect spot for a quick coffee fix while shopping or on the go. Highly recommend if you want good coffee without the hassle!

Zus coffee is one of the best value for money coffee chains in Malaysia. Really good and cheap. Definitely better value than commercial chains like Sxxxbxxxs.

Long queue. But love that I can order via app! So easy and connects with google pay. Dont need to key in card details. Drinks were nice. New joiner can get 1 for 1 deal!

I know you need to do it FAST but calm your horses and read the description before making the coffee. It took 3 iteration to make my coffee right; 1st it came out hot, 2nd using fresh milk when I asked for Oatside. 3rd, then it was right BUT the barista uses the same cup, wash it and did not even wipe it! Slow down abit man.
