Bad experience. I bought an Oliver Burton watch two years ago and kept having problems, needing to ship it back for repair. After a few months of waiting, when it was said to be ready for collection, I found the same issue was still not solved. I shipped it back again. After that repair, the watch worked for a few months, but then the same issue happened again. I shipped it back a second time. Then, when I was told the repair was done and it was ready for collection, I found the same issue AGAIN! This time they simply said they were no longer selling watches from this brand and thus couldn't do anything for us anymore. Still within the warranty period, and yet nothing can be done?! Plus, the Chinese lady’s attitude was really bad; she always showed an impatient and unhappy face.
