Bad experience. Bought Oliver Burton watch 2 years ago, keep having problem and need to ship back for repair. After few months of waiting, when said ready to collect, found the same issue still not solved. Shipped back again. After repair the watch was working for few months. Then same issue happen again. Shipped back for second time. Then when said repair done for collection, found the same issue AGAIN! This time they simply said they no longer selling watch from this brand and thus cannot do anything for us anymore. Still within warranty period and yet nothing can be done?! Plus, the chinese lady’s attitude was really bad. Always show impatient and unhappy face.
