In my opinion, No stars at all!!! Very rude male counter staff. His attitude towards customers is deplorable. His other colleague is none the better. Both of them were there to chitchat and I was there to ‘waste their time’ by the attitude they gave. What a shame!

The worst money changer I’ve ever been to. Not even busy but has the worst attitude ever. Whoever that lady was who was manning the counter today, she was unfriendly, not helpful, and very rude. She even threw my IC into the exchange box when she was done with it. I swear if anything were to happen to my IC (chip rosak ke apa), I will make her pay. Avoid at all cost. Hope they’ll close down one day or get better staffs.

The attitude is not good. It's super bad. When I exchanged money today, I received a fake money. Fortunately, it's just one. If you have gone to exchange money, remember to check it first before leaving. It is suggested that you'd better not go there to change.

Bad service ever ! Came here two times. The first time was okay, the man cashier was really helpful and soooo baik. That time I want to change from myr to sgd. Then, come again 3 days later when i want to change sgd to myr. Got a very rude women cashier sumpah sombong gila layan macam orang takde duit. Girl, whoever your customer are, treat them kindly. Innocent people did not deserve a very bad treatment from people like you !

Suddenly they require Singapore IC to change from SGD to MYR. Their attitude was bad also. When you go to another country, do you bring your country passport or Identity Card. Not sure why, they must be nuts to require that.

- Not friendly & bad attitude! - Always look at Malays who want to exchange money like they want to exchange fake money??!! I want to change the AUD to MYR, the male staff showed the money like it was fake money in front of me??! This also happens when I am with my Aus husband want to change AUD to MYR and the staff there look at me as Malay with hijab, who is this Malay with a foreigner?? - As Malaysian, don't be racist to other race or religion?

Very poor rate. Asked the girl to check and reconfirm - she insist rate is at 3.25 (23/11.) Went to Adda Heights (600m away) rate was 3.28. For sure no need to come to this place ever again!
