In my opinion, no stars at all! The male counter staff was very rude. His attitude towards customers is deplorable. His other colleague was no better. They both seemed more interested in chatting, and their attitude made me feel like I was 'wasting their time.' What a shame!

"The worst money changer I've ever been to. It wasn't even busy, but the service was terrible. Whoever the lady was working the counter today, she was unfriendly, unhelpful, and very rude.
She even threw my IC into the exchange box when she was done with it. I swear, if anything happens to my IC (chip broken or anything), I will make her pay.
Avoid at all costs. I hope they close down one day or get better staff."

"The attitude isn't good, it's really bad. When I exchanged money today, I received a counterfeit bill. Luckily, it was only one. If you exchange money there, remember to check it before you leave. I suggest you avoid exchanging money there altogether."

"Worst service ever! I've been here twice. The first time was okay; the male cashier was really helpful and so kind. I wanted to exchange MYR for SGD then. However, I came again three days later to exchange SGD for MYR and got a very rude female cashier. Seriously arrogant, she treated me like I had no money. Girl, whoever your customers are, treat them kindly. Innocent people don't deserve such bad treatment from people like you!"

"They suddenly require a Singapore IC to exchange SGD for MYR. Their attitude was also bad. When you travel to another country, do you usually bring your country's passport or Identity Card? Not sure why they require that; they must be nuts."

"The staff member was unfriendly, speaking very slowly and then yelling, perhaps because of her own slow pace. They should improve their worker behavior. I won't be going to this branch again."

- Unfriendly and bad attitude.
- They seem to treat Malaysians wanting to exchange money as if they're trying to exchange fake currency.
- When I wanted to exchange AUD to MYR, the male staff displayed the money in a way that suggested it was fake. This also happened when I was with my Australian husband. The staff looked at me, a Malay woman with a hijab, as if questioning my relationship with a foreigner.
- As Malaysians, we shouldn't be racist towards other races or religions.

"Will never exchange money here again. They don't know how to treat customers. They didn't even have envelopes. The employee got super triggered and almost shouted at a customer when asked about the rates."

"Worst experience ever; I don't even want to give it a star. They don't know how to provide service and have a bad attitude! They didn't even listen properly to what people were saying and just kept looking at their phone."

"Very poor rate. I asked the staff member to check and reconfirm, but she insisted the rate was 3.25 (on 23/11). I went to Adda Heights (600m away) and the rate was 3.28. For sure, I won't be coming to this place again!"
