Very poor service and a bad attitude. The counter person told me to sit and wait, but people who arrived after me were served first. After another counter finished serving, they still never called us.

"My wife and I came to sign an application. We collected a queue number and saw that there were three counters, but only two were staffed by men. The third counter, operated by a lady, was empty. We waited almost 20 minutes for our number to be called. I wonder what the lady was doing in front of the computer for almost 20 minutes without serving any guests. Bad management system. It looked to us like she was just there doing nothing."
