29th November very poor service and bad attitude, counter told me sit and wait but people who arrived after me were served first. After the another counter served finish, they never call us also

Me & my wife came to sign application. Collected the quee number there were 3 counter which only 2 were operating by guys. The other one was empty operated by a lady. We waited almost 20mnts for our number to be called. I wonder what the lady was doing for almost 20mnts infront of the computer without any guests. Bad management system. For us it looks like she just there doing nothing.

Very slow service. There are 4 counters but generally only 2 counters are open and working. Appreciate if the organizational can increase the efficiency and speed of service.
