I need to comment about my recent experience at TGV Tebrau for the movie 'GOOD BAD UGLY.' Please check the sound system in Hall 5. It's really bad, and the background music is too low. The voice clarity is good, but the background music is too low, and we can't hear it completely. I watched the same movie again at TGV Toppen, and the sound system there was really good. So, the problem is the sound system in Hall 5. Also, the air conditioning is really bad and feels hot until the movie ends. Totally disappointed! It's an expensive ticket price with worst theater management.
I hope management will consider this issue and solve it asap. Thank you.

One of the "famous" and "big" malls in JB. However, the cinema is really bad, especially the toilets. They are super dirty. I've been to other cinemas, even those with a lot of people, but the toilets remain clean. This will be the last time I come here. Please improve. Others who read this, please consider before coming here.

"I watched the Minecraft movie in Room 2 today (6:15 pm). The sound effects were very bad. I complained to staff at the beginning of the movie. After one hour, there was no improvement. I made a second complaint. The staff said his manager had taken action and that the problem was rectified, but that wasn't the case. The staff went into the room to verify this together. The sound effects were still very bad, with no improvement at all. Towards the end of the movie (with about 5 minutes left), the sound effects were finally okay. This was a very bad experience. Please, the person in charge (PIC) should check the sound effects before the start of every show and take the necessary action."

I just finished watching IMAX Ne Zha 2 (show on 22/3/24, 6:30 PM). After leaving the mall on my way home, I saw people sharing online and realized there was a special edition movie ticket giveaway.
This was my first time watching an IMAX movie. I asked the staff twice which hall I should enter (I'm *suagu*), and I saw him holding some red cards (I think those were the tickets, but I wasn't aware at the time). I didn't ask him about them, and he didn't bother to give me mine. I feel kind of disappointed (not that I came for the movie because of the ticket), because I think this isn't right. Even though I didn't know about this movie ticket thing, it doesn't mean that staff member can just take away my right.
At first I was disappointed, and now I feel pissed because I can't stop assuming that this guy is trying to collect as many tickets as possible and sell them online (hopefully not), because there really are people selling the ticket online and the price is marked up quite high. 🙂

The most popular mall in Johor. It's near Toppen Shopping Centre and IKEA, so if you spend time here, you should go there too. They have many outlets here, and parking is easy. You can now use cashless debit or TNG for parking. The surrounding area is good and not crowded at all. I was last here about a week ago. What I don't like is the modern bidet in the toilet. Can't we just not normalize this kind of thing?
Their cinema is TGV. Most prices at the food court are affordable. There are many varieties of food and restaurants: BBQ, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and more. They also have arcade games and many phone outlets. It's the best place to spend time with your friends and family.
