We were watching Fantastic Four First Steps and 45 minutes in the whole screen went blank. Staff didn't know what to do and gave refunds. Quite a bad experience.

I often watch movies at this cinema, but today I truly feel deeply offended. After showing my ticket, I was asked to have my bag checked before entering the theatre. Come on, just because I didn’t buy your snacks doesn’t mean I’m sneaking in my own. My bag is my personal property—what gives you the right to search it? Am I going through customs or something? This kind of practice is honestly disgusting!

Went to watch Lilo and Stich at the Junior Hall. Had to pay an extra RM6 (Junior Hall fee), the hall is just a basic hall with nothing special in it. They dont even bother turning on the lights before the movie starts (and even after the movie ends), so standby to use ur phone's flashlight to search for your seats. Also, when the movie started, they had the little wall lights on, which affects the overall experience. If i wanted to watch a movie with the lights on, id just watch it on Netflix. The popcorn is also too small (your drink is BIGGER than your popcorn) payed RM21 for the "royale" (extra thick caramel), but it taste the same as the normal popcorn. Will not be coming back to TGV.

I need to give a comment about my recent experience at TGV TEBRAU for the movie 'GOOD BAD UGLY'..U guys please check the sound system at HALL 5..it's really bad and the background music is too low. The voice clarity is good, just the background music is too low and we can't hear it completely. The same movie I watched again at TGV TOPPEN and the sound system over there was really good. So, the problem is the sound system at HALL 5. Also the aircond is really worst and feels hot until the movie ends..totally disappointed ! Expensive ticket price with worst theater management Hope Management will consider this issue and solve it asap..Tq

Spacious and more options to choose from deluxe to IMAX and beanies. The staff it's friendly and helpful. The only thing that I don't really like it's the parking venue.. it's very confusing.

One of the ‘famous’ and ‘big’ mall in JB. But the cinema is really bad especially the toilet. Super super dirty. I’ve been to other cinema, even got a lot of people but the toilet remain clean. This will be the last time i came here. Please improvise. Others who read this please consider to come here.

Watching Minecraft movie in Room 2 today (6.15pm). The sound effect was very bad. Complained to staff at the beginning of movie. After 1 hour, no improvement on the sound effect. I made the 2nd complaint. The staff said his Manager has took the action and the problem was rectified but actually not. The staff when in the room for verification together. The sound effect was still very bad, no improvement at all. Towards the end of the movie (left about 5 minutes), the sound effect finally was ok. Very bad experience. PIC, check the sound effect before the start of every show and take the necessary action please......

I just finished watching imax ne zha 2 (show on 22/3/24, 6.30pm). After I came out form the mall otw back home ,I saw there are ppl sharing online and realized that there is a special adition movie ticket give away. This is my first time watching imax movie, I asked the staff twice which hall (I suagu) should I enter and I saw him holding some red card ( think that's the ticket but I wasn't aware that time), I didn't ask him and he also doesn't border to give me mine. I feel like kind of disappointed (not that I come for the movie because of the ticket) cause I think this is not right, eventhough I don't know about this movie ticket thing, doesn't mean that that staff can just take away my right. At first there are disappointment and now I feel pissed because I can't stop assume that this fella trying to collect as much tickets and sell it online (hopefully not) because there really are ppl selling the ticket online and the price mark up quite high.🙂

Aircon is cold and the seats are comfortable. Good sound system for the IMAX and we enjoyed Mission Impossible very much.

Sonny Hayes script : “Hope is not a strategy” and “Plan C is for Combat”. watching F1 : The Movie at TGV Aeon Tebrau was a smooth and positive experience. The ticket price for adults was just for RM12. Visiting on a weekday meant the still hall have people, it created a calm atmosphere. The ticket kiosk worked without any issues, and the staff were polite and helpful when scanning the tickets. The cinema hall was easy to locate without needing to ask the staff for directions. The hall itself was well soundproofed, with no disturbances from neighboring screening rooms. Toilet also clean here. The seats in the hall were comfortable to use, as they didn’t use PU-type seats. Overall, I would visit again if there’s a good movie to watch.

honestly one of my fav cinemas around JB! the place is clean, comfy seats (especially the Beanie and Deluxe halls – super cozy), and the sound system is solid. makes action or thriller movies feel more intense! staff are nice and helpful, and if you come on weekdays, sometimes you can catch cheaper ticket promos. only downside is parking can get a bit packed on weekends, so come earlier. if u nak tengok movie lewat malam, please park kat Level 2. jangan jadi macam i — i sesat lepas movie habis haha. nasib baik ada guard and a few kind strangers yang tolong i. big thanks to those kind souls! 💛 snacks? classic cinema prices – a bit pricey, but the caramel popcorn? Totally worth it. 🔥 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, TGV!

They don't turn on the lights before the movie and Airton until 10 mins before. Also they don't turn off the side lights during the movie. Nice chairs

Your IMAX is great. This is my first time trying out your IMAX, surprisingly it was greater than I thought but I wish you upgrade your current IMAX Xenon to IMAX with laser soon. The screen is clean and well maintained, the sound system was solid, lastly the seats are so comfortable. Overall a solid experience 10/10 will come again

My family and I had a great time watching movie at the Beanie theatre. Seat has wide leg room and was spacious and comfy. The only dislike was the air refreshener which was located on the top left wall of the last back seat. Personally, The ‘insect repellent’ scent was over powering.

This cinema adheres to strict SOP in line with the current movement control order. Movie tickets of your choice can be purchased via the machine. Snacks can also be purchased along with the movie tickets and redeemable over at the food counter. The theater attendance comes to checks to ensure that the SOP are not being breached while in the theater room. The theater screen, sound, viewing clarity and seats are good. Overall, there are a total of 8 theater room at this cinema outlet with different categories of viewing concept.

The most popular mall in johor. They near to toppen center and IKEA. When you spent time here you should go there too. They got many outlet here too. Easy to parking. You can now use cashless debit or tng for parking. The surrounding is good and not crowd at all. Last time i come here about 1 week ago. What i don't like is the modern bidet in toilet. Can't we not normalise this kind of thing. Their cinema is TGV company. All price at the food court mostly affordable. Many various of food and restaurant. BBQ, korean,Chinese, japan and more. They have arcade game too and more phone outlet here. Best place to spent with your friend and family

The seating arrangements were spacious and comfortable, allowing ample legroom and ensuring a pleasant viewing experience. The seats were well-maintained and provided excellent support, even during longer films. Additionally, the theater had a clean and well-designed ambiance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for movie enthusiasts. Other aspect that stood out during my visit was the helpful and attentive staff.
