We had a group of 15 people and arrived before 5:30 pm. We waited a long time (nearly 45 minutes) for our table.
We were split up and seated at two tables nearby. One of the tables was meant for 4 people, and they squeezed 6 of us there.
Two other nearby tables of customers (for 6 people each) were leaving, and the staff didn't bother to move us over, even though we hadn't ordered any food yet. Instead, they seated a family of 4 there.
Very lousy customer service.
The food was just average. We had to remind the staff several times because one of the food items was not served.

The service at Haidilao was amazing! 🩷 The staff who served us knew exactly what we needed, anticipating our needs and bringing things over without us even asking. When he brought the 糍粑, he even reminded us to be careful because it was hot 🥰 so sweet! I totally forgot to ask for his name, and I lost the receipt too. We only have a clip of him from a video we took… Hopefully you guys know who he is! I’m definitely going to ask for names next time 🥹 Thanks to him, we had such a happy and enjoyable dining experience!

Upon arrival, the waiting queue was long, but thankfully, our prior booking ensured a smooth entry. We were warmly welcomed by Yi Min, a dynamic and friendly staff member who made our first visit truly special. She patiently guided us through the menu and offered great recommendations, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our meal. One suggestion for improvement would be to invest in a cover for the soup when adding more broth to prevent splashes and ensure the safety of both customers and staff. However, overall, the experience was absolutely worth it. The service, food, and warm hospitality made it a celebration to remember.
