Food is as good as always . Ordered my favourite chicken hwa Xiao soup and tomato soup base. Excellent service by 伟顺who is attentive and friendly. 👍🏻👍🏻

Very special experience by the exceptional service staff led by manager 涛哥 and service crew Sheng Hong, Yiwen and Yuxin. I was with my special needs son who cannot eat by the mouth but blended diet through the diet. I told the host Sheng Hong that i just needed to boil some food for my special needs son and i can blend it and feed him somewhere. The host informed the manager who immediately said that it can be arranged. They made exceptions to cook the food for me for take away so that i can blend it and feed him in the restaurant vicinity. I am extremely touched. Per the manager''s comment “特殊情况需要特殊处理“。谢谢你们的安排！感恩！We will be back with the family!

I just want to give a big shoutout to the two ladies, 新员工 黄淑贞 and 新员工 钟蔥雯 ,who served us during our visit, they were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. They were super helpful in recommending food, and really knew how to make our dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
What stood out most was how attentive they were with our kids. They patiently helped with little things the kids needed and always had a smile on their faces. You can really feel that they genuinely care about their customers, and it made such a difference for us.
Thank you both for the wonderful service! You truly made our meal special. 😊👏

She was very friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our meal, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Really appreciate her warm and thoughtful service — highly recommended!

Very good experience dining in at Haidilao. we have dined in here many times and service is usually good. but Le Yang has given the best service thus far, he was very proactive, went beyond basic customer service and ready to help whenever necessary. He also created and served us his special sauce for steamed egg. It was yummy. Kudos to him. totally recommended.

The service at Haidilao was amazing! 🩷 The staff who served us knew exactly what we needed without us even saying anything, and just brought it over for us. When he brought the 糍粑, he even reminded us to be careful because they were hot 🥰so sweet! I totally forgot to ask for his name, and I lost the receipt too. We only have a clip of him from a video we took… Hopefully you guys know who he is! I’m definitely gonna ask for names next time 🥹 Thanks to him, we had such a happy and enjoyable dining experience!

5 star experience at Hai Di Lao as usual. Food is fresh, variety is awesome, taste is good. Came here bright and early at 11am for the lunch. Family members did a "hand care" package where they exfoliate your hand and then slather on a generous amount of hand lotion. My family members loved it, the hand lotion smelled great!
In terms of price, also very reasonable considering how much we ate. You can create your own sauce from a huge selection of sauces and condiments. Only thing is the ice cream sticks are the more budget type but this branch is a soft serve machine at the main entrance which serves much better quality coconut and matcha soft serve ice cream .

However, during my meal last night, I met a server named Wei Shun who was exceptionally attentive—far more helpful than the average server. He was also very thoughtful in anticipating my needs. One of the standout aspects of this outlet is the staff. They’re not only friendly and polite but also full of energy—especially during birthday celebrations when they sing with enthusiasm that livens up the atmosphere. It’s a delightful touch that makes the dining experience feel more festive and personal.
This branch also features the famous Bian Lian (face-changing) performance, adding a touch of entertainment that is always a crowd-pleaser.
The only downside is the indoor temperature—it tends to be extremely cold. Even with a steaming pot of mala broth in front of you, it can feel quite chilly.
