I just want to give a big shoutout to the two ladies, 新员工 黄淑贞 and 新员工 钟蔥雯 ,who served us during our visit, they were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. They were super helpful in recommending food, and really knew how to make our dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
What stood out most was how attentive they were with our kids. They patiently helped with little things the kids needed and always had a smile on their faces. You can really feel that they genuinely care about their customers, and it made such a difference for us.
Thank you both for the wonderful service! You truly made our meal special. 😊👏

She was very friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our meal, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Really appreciate her warm and thoughtful service — highly recommended!

Very good experience dining in at Haidilao. we have dined in here many times and service is usually good. but Le Yang has given the best service thus far, he was very proactive, went beyond basic customer service and ready to help whenever necessary. He also created and served us his special sauce for steamed egg. It was yummy. Kudos to him. totally recommended.

5 star experience at Hai Di Lao as usual. Food is fresh, variety is awesome, taste is good. Came here bright and early at 11am for the lunch. Family members did a "hand care" package where they exfoliate your hand and then slather on a generous amount of hand lotion. My family members loved it, the hand lotion smelled great!
In terms of price, also very reasonable considering how much we ate. You can create your own sauce from a huge selection of sauces and condiments. Only thing is the ice cream sticks are the more budget type but this branch is a soft serve machine at the main entrance which serves much better quality coconut and matcha soft serve ice cream .

I’ve tried many branches and encountered quite a few good servers. However, during my meal last night, I met a server named Wei Shun who was exceptionally attentive—far more helpful than the average server. He was also very thoughtful in anticipating my needs. The food quality is consistent with other Haidilao branches—fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and a wide range of sauces and condiments to customize your hotpot experience. Whether you’re going for the classic mushroom soup or the fiery mala broth, the flavors deliver as expected.
One of the standout aspects of this outlet is the staff. They’re not only friendly and polite but also full of energy—especially during birthday celebrations when they sing with enthusiasm that livens up the atmosphere. It’s a delightful touch that makes the dining experience feel more festive and personal.
This branch also features the famous Bian Lian (face-changing) performance, adding a touch of entertainment that is always a crowd-pleaser.
The only downside is the indoor temperature—it tends to be extremely cold. Even with a steaming pot of mala broth in front of you, it can feel quite chilly.

It was a fun time eating at AEON’s HDL chain. Our waiter, 伟顺, was very proactive (很积极) in his service. He was also rather humorous and said several lighthearted jokes that made our night. Overall, we had an enjoyable and delicious meal here.

It was such a pleasant experience having lunch with my family at Haidilao, AEON Tebrau today. I brought along my elderly grandmother and my 2-year-old toddler, and we all had a wonderful time.
A special thanks to 王伟力, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our visit. He went above and beyond, assisting us patiently when we encountered an issue redeeming our birthday month vouchers and even offering complimentary snacks — small but thoughtful gestures that truly made a difference.
Having visited many Haidilao branches across Malaysia and Singapore, I can confidently say that 王伟力 is the best customer service crew member I’ve encountered. His warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression on our family.
