Good product. But... There were only two staff members on shift. When we walked in, it felt like we didn't exist (maybe it was the way we were dressed). We walked in anyway because we wanted to buy something. We didn't even receive a welcome greeting. We served ourselves from beginning to checkout.

I had a bad experience shopping here. There were three staff members – two ladies and one guy – in the boutique. Even after half an hour, nobody served us, even though there was only one other customer at the time. We were carrying three shirts and handed them to the guy since we couldn't find a shopping bag or basket. We asked him to set them aside while we continued shopping. Later, I passed another three shirts to the lady at the cashier's counter. While we were shopping, a lady approached us with a rude and high-pitched tone. She informed us that one of the shirts we chose wasn't eligible for the promotion or discount, which required a purchase of RM200 or more. We felt the lady was very impolite, almost like a gangster; she almost shouted at us. Disheartened, we decided to pay and leave. Interestingly, the shirt we had asked the guy to keep was returned to the racks without our consent. We were puzzled, as the boutique wasn't busy. The guy and a shorter lady apologized for his mistake, and they reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm he had returned the shirt. Once they retrieved the shirt, we completed our payment.
