Good product. Buttttttt…. 2 staffs on shift. We walked in and we were like not exist(maybe the way we dressed). We walked in anyway as we feel like to buy something. Not even a welcome greet. We served ourselves from the beginning until check out.

I had a bad experience while shopping here. There were three staff members - two ladies and one guy in the boutique. Even after half an hour, nobody served us, even though there was only one other customer at the time. We were carrying three pieces of shirts and handed them to the guy since we couldn't find a shopping bag or basket. We asked him to set them aside while we continued shopping. Later, I passed another three shirts to the lady at the cashier's counter. While we were shopping, a lady approached us with a rude and high-pitched tone. She informed us that one of the shirts we chose wasn't eligible for the promotion or discount, which required a purchase of RM200 or more. We felt the lady was very impolite, almost like a gangster, and she shouted at us. Disheartened, we decided to pay and leave. Interestingly, the shirt we had asked the guy to keep was returned to the racks without our consent. We were puzzled as the boutique wasn't busy. The guy and a shorter lady apologized for his mistake, and they reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm the shirt he had returned. Once they retrieved the shirt, we completed our payment.
