The food is not fantastic although they probably used good ingredients. Nothing in particular that's outstanding enough to shout out but nothing to scream foul either. The food takes some time to arrive. The staff were busy but attended to our requests. Overall it's an average dining option.

Relatively big restaurant, quite empty on a Friday afternoon lunch time. Maybe lower prices will attract more customers. Food is good, but prices on the high side.

Very delicious and hearty meal. Friendly servers! Recommended to get membership and on birthday month for free gifts and more discounts. In my opinion, I wouldn't get the salt baked chicken. The meat was quite dry and didn't have much taste in it. The fried lotus was absolutely delicious, pork belly truffle as well.

Unfortunately my experience at this restaurant was disappointing, especially given my specific dietary requirements. I had made it clear that I am allergic to garlic but my mushroom hot stone rice still came with minced garlic mixed in. This is a serious concern for anyone with allergic and it shows a lack of attention to customer requests. Additionally, the salted chicken was far from satisfying. It was incredibly dry, including the drumstick and the meat itself has a pinkish hue, which made it look like it had been frozen and improperly cooked. The texture and flavor were not what I expected. I hope the kitchen staff can take greater care in fulfilling special dietary requests and ensuring the quality of the food is up to standard.

First time here and ordered their signatures. All dishes were light on seasoning and salt. Healthy yet delicious. Excellent service from a male staff on duty on 6 May Mon lunch time. He spoke good mandarin (Taiwanese accent, but he is local. I know, cos I asked). Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name but I was very impressed by his professionalism. He was very welcoming, friendly and even took time to explain to us the origins of Souper Tang, how it sprouted from a herbal store in Malaysia to what it is today. I can hear the company pride upon his sharing. We signed up as members once he explain the program clearly to us and he was helpful in aiding the offset of our vouchers. We left the restaurant, very satisfied with the meal and the whole experience of good customer service! Kudos to the chefs and the young man we served us. We will be back.
