This wasn’t our first time at Souper Tang, and as usual, it didn’t disappoint. We came for a family lunch with both elderly and kids, and everyone left full and happy. We ordered about 10 dishes — all were full of flavour and well cooked. Even my dad, who’s famously hard to please, was impressed.
Service was excellent. The waiter knew the menu so well that I just gave him the item numbers, and he got everything right away — no need to show the menu.
The food had bold, satisfying flavours that everyone enjoyed, from the grandparents to the kids. As always, I got distracted eating and forgot to take photos of everything — a good sign! We enjoyed the meal so much we even brought home their packaged noodles. The Collagen Chicken flavour is still my favourite.
Highly recommended for a delicious, fuss-free family meal.

The soup was good , rich and clear , full of fresh ingredient. However the new dishes I tried was a great disappointment. The monkey head mushroom was nicely done but it was mix with dry beancurd skin there is only a few piece of mushroom in there. The greatest disappointment was the yellow Chinese wine chicken . Smell and taste so good ! I mean the sauce ! The chicken was tough and dry like frozen chicken or mother hen quality meat. What a pity if only the chicken is tender and smooth infused with the sauce will be perfect. We only finish the sauce left the chicken behind . The cabbage was super salty. They also miss out orders . I guess I will just drop in to have a soup that’s all in the future forget about their dishes.

The soup is really thick and flavourful with lots of ingredients. The mee sua with wild mushrooms is tasty, texture is good. Staff are friendly too. Their quality of food never fails. Definitely will come again to try other dishes.

The food is delicious. I love it that whole the focus is healthy food, the taste and flavour remain very tasty. The soya bean and herbal gui ling gao just completed the entire dining experience. I am a frequent customer!

After several visits over the past few months, the service is still very poor. If there’s a shortage of staff, please consider installing table buzzers. The staff seem to only look in one direction and fail to notice the bigger section of the dining area. The prices are on the higher side, which is fine, but the service definitely needs serious improvement!

Not a first timer to Souper Tang, but this outlet is definitely better than other branches.
Nice environment with fulfilling food, and the restaurant manager is detailed, considerate, and always put herself in customer’s shoes when providing recommendations.
Recommended to visit.

Thoughtful Wait Staff and Chef made the meal nourishing and enjoyable.
Dined at this outlet and ordered something to "clean" my gut. Told the wait staff (who happened to be one of the chef) that I had a bloated stomach and she thoughtfully made minor adjustments to the ingredients of the stir fry lotus and mushroom in honey black sauce, by adding some ginger. (Which is known traditionally to comfort the tummy)
The dish was yummy, a mix of salty, honey sweet, with a hint of ginger spice, without being too greasy. It is easily my favourite dish.
The stir fried cabbage was fresh, crunchy and savory, due to the mix of cai poh, and white bait. The greens retain the green gloss, suggesting it was cooked at high heat in a timely manner.
The truffle egg and prawns were eggy tasty with hint of truffle. Just nice without overpowering the egginess of the dish. Prawns are fresh and crunchy.
Will I return? Certainly. This time to try the other specials and soups on the rich menu!

Always come to this restaurant when I am in Malaysia. But disappointed today. The dish - "stewed slice fish yam" turned out to be different from picture. It looked dry but turn out to be wet and it is starchy. The fish has a "muddy" smell.
I think this dish should be improved or removed from menu.

Dismal and almost non existent service. Feel ignored for a long time whilst waiting to be seated. Finally seated and managed to catch the service staff attention to take order.
Food apart from soup was disappointing, esp the hand cut noodles which looked really appetizing on the menu that promised chewy noodles… what came was very light, over cooked, under flavored noodles (and I don’t mean saltiness), it tasted like it was cooked by a child! Food took a very long time to come between the dishes. Portion sizes were also disappointing for the price. Overpriced, underwhelming food. There’s better food out there for the prices commanded.

Good as always. Consistency is there. So far all the souper tang has standards and really consistent. Buddha jump over wall, fish maw, tau huey. Never go wrong with these
