I am dissatisfied with the behavior of one of your staff members during my recent visit. The service provided was extremely unprofessional and left me and my companions deeply disappointed. I was trying on a pair of dress pants and requested to borrow a pair of shoes for fitting. However, the staff member responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner, even throwing the shoes instead of handing them to me properly. My friends, who witnessed this, were equally appalled by the attitude displayed. The staff member in question appeared to be of Malay descent. I believe such behavior reflects poorly on your company’s image. I strongly urge your company to provide better training to your employees to improve their professionalism and customer service skills. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate measures are implemented to ensure a better customer experience in the future. I will not be returning.
