Store was empty, with around 4-5 staff on shift during the evening. They all seemed like they wanted to sleep already. When I made payment, two staff members were exchanging looks and quietly smiling at each other while checking out my items. I was buying shirts; what was there to laugh at? It made me highly uncomfortable.
It left a bad aftertaste after buying my items. There are so many sport shops at AEON Tebrau City; I'll just go to some other shop to buy from in the future.

"It's true that the Malay girl asked her to get a smaller size when she came here before. When she got home, she found she had been given a larger size and went back to exchange it a few days later. She was told that her size was a boy's size, and if she wanted to exchange it, she couldn't get cash back, but they could get her something else. However, everything was more than 20 years old, and she might have to pay extra. She was very frustrated. Then, after she asked how long it would take to exchange it, she was still charged. It's really ridiculous. They gave her the wrong item and then asked her to pay for the exchange. They didn't offer to cover the cost and said she couldn't get a refund. She will never enter this store again."
