The lifespan of this television seems to be only two short years. After 2 years, issues arise -- the LED on the right side became half dark just one month after the warranty expired. Buyers really need to consider this when thinking about buying a TV or monitor from PRISM.

"This was my second time here. I bought a sound bar on my previous visit and decided to get a 65-inch TV today. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the approach of a female Malay staff member. I'm also in the service industry, and this girl seemed to be trying her best to not accommodate us at all. She didn't offer a single recommendation. When I asked for the model and specs, she just said, "This is out of stock," and had an overall "we don't do that" kind of mentality. I wondered why she was even working there. The 3-star rating is actually for the product quality. Please look into this matter."
