The lifespan of a television is only two short years. Yes, after 2 years warranty will have issues - LED right side become half dark (After warranty period 1 Month only*), buyers really need consider when you thinking to buy TV/Monitor from PRISM. No repair services provided, only purchase new. Can refer my email.

My second time here, got myself a sound bar on my previous visit and decided to get 65inch TV today,but I'm extremely sad with the approach of female Malay staff,I'm from service industry as well, the girl is trying her best possible to not accommodate us at all,not even single recommendation, when I asked for the model and specs,she's like,this is out of stock,everything also we don't do kinda mentality, I was like why are you even working here,the 3 star is actually for the product quality, please look into this matter
