"Good luck finding your book because it wasn't organized in any way whatsoever! One author had books on multiple shelves. I love this bookstore because members get 10% off, but it's so disappointing."

"I was buying some items and aware of the closing time. Since you work here, I assume you're at least educated enough to simply tell me you are closing. Instead, you stared at me and asked me to hurry up while standing there with an angry expression, and I don't even know who you are. Luckily, there are many other similar stores, so I can avoid entering this zoo again."
