"Last week I went to Midvalley just to look around. But the staff were, I swear to God, really friendly. Even though I didn't buy anything, they welcomed and served me so well. Yeah, you guys are customers, so you're better off finding another place, or you need to wear luxury clothes for them to deserve you."

At 6:20 pm on February 19th, I passed by Pandora and wanted to take my bracelet to the store to be polished. As soon as I entered, I asked a staff member if they could clean it that day. She said yes, but it would take at least 3 hours. I said that was fine. Then, almost immediately, she told me it wouldn't be 3 hours, but would take 5 days because I had too many charms. I pointed out that I had been told before that I could have it polished and collect it the same day, so why couldn't I now? She didn't apologize or say anything. This isn't the first time I've gone to Aeon Tebrau to ask the same question! Please make sure your service is worth the customer's money. "Not helpful at all. Bad service. I walked in to buy jewelry today, and they immediately said they didn't have stock without even knowing what type of ring I wanted. Even if the ring I wanted wasn't in stock, she should have recommended other rings if I was interested in buying something. Instead, she just rejected me outright. Bad attitude and bad customer service. Maybe I don't look like the "dating" type and she's being "selective" 😂 lol please, it's almost 2024 already. Don't be so shallow-minded. This outlet is a no-no ❌. Your jewelry isn't expensive at all lol."
