I would like to express my appreciation towards this outlet staffs. I was about just have a look & polishing my existing bracelet but with Jenny & Lala great services then I managed to bought my favourite & get the jewellery box. At 6:20pm on 19/2, I had pass by Pandora and wanted to take my bracelet to the store polish. As soon as I entered the store, I asked the staff if they could help clean it today. She said yes. It would take at least 3 hours. I said sure can . How do you know that the next second told me that it was not 3 hours, will be collect 5 days,Because your charms too much. Then i told before that i can polish and collect by same day but now can’t? She no apologise and no say anything, this is not the fist time i go aeon Tebrau to ask same question! Please be sure that your service It's worth for customer to spending here. Please learn more services of mid valley southkey. Thanks

Not helping at all. Bad service. Walk in to buy their jewelleries today and straight away say dont hv stock while not even know what type of ring i want, even if the ring i want dont hv in stock, she shud hv recommended other ring if im interested to buy , and yet she just right away rejecting me. Bad attitude bad customer service. Maybe i dont look like datin2 type and shes being “select” 😂 lol please its almost 2024 ady. Dont be so shallow minded. This outlet is a no-no ❌ your jewelleries is not expensive at all lol .
