This is not my first time here, and sadly the experience is always the same. Every visit, the staff look down on you and don't even bother to serve !! It really feels unwelcoming !!!!

Friendly staffs. They need to use the queue system to avoid too many customers inside. I can see that some customers also still don't know that the product needs to be given by the sales advisor rather than you pick it up directly. ...

I am extremely devastated and angry with Gucci operation. at Premium Outlets that let people go in without queuing. The staff lie about appointment and I ask for appointment, they cannot show me.

Don't know what kind of policy you bunch of people have enjoying your air conditioning and let your customers queue up so long outside your store with so many flies. At least take some trouble and initiative to clean the floor up. GUCCI you are representing? Shame on you bunch of useless people.

The tofu stew was delicious!! Honey butter korean fried chicken also on top. Overall the experiences were great.

I went to Oiso during Ramadan. As expected, it was full house all the way till the end. We queued up and it took me about an hour to finally get a spot at the restaurant. The Korean lady was friendly—she greeted us with a big smile, even though she had been welcoming customers non-stop and handling the cashier too. Respect her for still smiling and treating everyone nicely. Man, the food was amazing and I absolutely loved it. The portion was huge, but I managed to finish it since I was fasting and only got the food around 9PM. Honestly, the 1-hour queue was totally worth it. Super love our food. However, the pajeon was a bit of a letdown. It tasted more like flour. Not sure if that’s the authentic way or what, but it was a little too floury for my liking. Serving time was acceptable too. I just hope they could expand their menu a bit more—and maybe open a bigger restaurant next time!

Second branch of Oiso that we had visited first one was at ioi. The food was yumm meeting our expectations except for the Kimchi pancake it was a let down a bit but not too bad Would be great if they can in the future create a kids meal menu or like a mini/half portion so we can order for the kiddos. Excellent service was really fast and friendly.

Great atmosphere, cozy and clean place. Fast service, love the food. The price is justified with how big the portions are, generous with the ingredients. Just not a fan of bean sprouts (the soup got many bean sprouts). Will come again to try other dishes.
