I went to Oiso during Ramadan. As expected, it was completely full. We queued up, and it took about an hour to finally get a spot in the restaurant. The Korean lady was friendly; she greeted us with a big smile, even though she had been welcoming customers non-stop and handling the cashier too. I respect her for still smiling and treating everyone nicely. Man, the food was amazing, and I absolutely loved it! The portion was huge, but I managed to finish it since I was fasting and only got the food around 9 PM. Honestly, the one-hour queue was totally worth it. I super loved our food. However, the pajeon was a bit of a letdown. It tasted more like flour. I'm not sure if that’s the authentic way or what, but it was a little too floury for my liking. The serving time was acceptable, too. I just hope they could expand their menu a bit more—and maybe open a bigger restaurant next time!

"This is the second Oiso branch we've visited, having been to the one at IOI previously. The food was yummy and met our expectations, except for the kimchi pancake, which was a bit of a letdown, but not too bad. It would be great if they could create a kids' meal menu, or offer mini/half portions in the future, so we could order for the kids. The service was excellent, really fast and friendly."

Been here 3 times already. Here's my verdict: Fish cake udon: Sedap Soondubu jigae: Sedap Yukgaejang: Sedap Bulgogi: Nope Staff are attentive, and service is quite fast. They have a lot of staff to cater to the lunch hour rush. All in all, would come here again!

"Great atmosphere, a cozy and clean place. The service was fast, and I loved the food. The price is justified by the large portions and generous use of ingredients. I'm just not a fan of bean sprouts (and the soup had a lot). I will come again to try other dishes."

"I went there on a weekday after work. It wasn't crowded and felt peaceful, which I really enjoyed. This was my first visit, and the food was okay, nothing too special *yet*. Since I went alone, I couldn't try many dishes, so I might need to come back a few more times to explore more of the menu."

Had a pretty good meal here. Besides the food, I found the staff to be fast and responsive, always with a smile. The Korean pancake was really a letdown for me; the taste was pretty flat. I will still give it all 5 stars.

Oiso Korean Restaurant is awesome. It has authentic food, especially the side dishes, which are super yummy – no regrets! The environment is clean, and the service is good. Plus, the side dishes are free flow.

"Finally, an Oiso branch in JB! There are so many set choices, and all of them are very interesting! We ordered the Jjangmyeon & Sondubu set, and it was so good! We also ordered snacks: Pajeon, egg rolls, Gimmari, and chicken. The chicken was so good! Anyway, we enjoyed everything we ate. Will come again to try another menu. The staff are helpful, and the environment is good. The waiting time was acceptable."

I visited again. There were a lot of people, so I waited about 30 minutes to order. It was delicious, as expected. I ordered the soft tofu stew for the first time, and it disappeared into my stomach in no time! The staff were friendly, and the woman who seemed to be the owner was pretty and kind, so I felt good.

"The staff is good compared to the food. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing; the BBQ spicy chicken's chicken wasn't fresh, and I'm very scared of eating chicken that isn't fresh or well marinated. The ginseng chicken soup wasn't bad. The shrimp toast is just made with *xiā huá* (shrimp paste), which is kind of weird and not my type. Probably because it's halal, so if you can eat non-halal food, then go try another shop. 🤣"
