I love Aeon’s MUJI. Malay can speak Chinese and her service is very good. To be honest, in a multiracial society like Malaysia, there should be Chinese serving Chinese in every store. The store or area manager should develop that staff well, I am very satisfied with her service, allowing Chinese to shop comfortably. Thank you, I will continue to shop next time!

Terrible cashier. I should get the promoted free tote bag and pen set but they just said it’s ‘fully redeemed’ and rudely snapped at me when I politely asked if I can redeem it any other time. Products were good but service is disappointing for the price that I paid.

Been to many Muji around the world. This branch has the worst service. Witness the cashier and manager was very rude to the clients
