Been to many Muji around the world. This branch has the worst service. Witness the cashier and manager was very rude to the clients

Terrible cashier. I should get the promoted free tote bag and pen set but they just said it’s ‘fully redeemed’ and rudely snapped at me when I politely asked if I can redeem it any other time. Products were good but service is disappointing for the price that I paid.

Muji is a good place to buy basic home needs and clothing. I personally find it expensive and quite similar to Uniqlo.
