This morning in KSL City Mall Season Bakery this employee has very very very bad service. I came to buy a swiss roll for my breakfast and asked if it could be cut. He scolded me and said no. But then another waiter said yes can cut.. why he said couldn't but another said can? Cuz of lazy? Or what?

15th May 2025, I visited your KSL outlet and made payment at the counter where I was served by a plump male. The attitude by him is atrocious as if we offended him. Did not say anything throughout the whole transaction so not sure why we.

Bought a box of double yolk at KSL mooncake fair. Cut open and found that its single yolk. Just nice, my parents were there to show the picture and video to the staff. The staff asked to cut the 2nd pce which I proceeded to cut and proved.

This bakery has the best kueh, it's absolutely my favourite. I always come here to buy heap of kueh as it's so soft and delicious and flavoursome, especially the ang ku kueh which is generously stuffed with filling.

Egg tart packaging really bad. Don't have proper paper box for 3 pieces. It was squeezed stack 3 together in one flimsy plastic takeaway. All squash.

To be honest. The staffs @ksl don't deserve a single star! I was at the counter ready to make payment. Two female staffs were talking loudly, gossiping about another staff! Purely unprofessional! I was planning to buy the festive cookies and cakes, decided to bring the business somewhere else!

You don't even deserve a one-star review. I hope this message brings to your attention the poor attitude displayed by one of your staff members at Season KSL. It is disappointing to see that management has not taken steps to address such.

Season Bakery offers delicious pastry products. From bread to cake, they have it here. There are choices of flavors as well. Taste of the bread was soft and tasty. The bread was freshly made too. Pricing was standard. Payment could be made by cash and electronic modes. Service was standard.
