"The cashier was terrible. I was supposed to receive the promoted free tote bag and pen set, but they said it was 'fully redeemed' and rudely snapped at me when I politely asked if I could redeem it at another time. The products were good, but the service was disappointing for the price I paid."

I love Aeon’s MUJI. Malay speaks Chinese, and her service is very good. To be honest, in a multiracial society like Malaysia, it's nice to have staff who can communicate in Chinese serving Chinese customers. The store or area manager should develop their staff well. I am very satisfied with her service; it allows Chinese customers to shop comfortably. Thank you, I will continue to shop there!
