Sales lady did not ask if I’m a member , after I paid then I ask member no points? Then she say oh sorry I you did not mention youre a member. She just said sorry and did not attempt to key in my points . After I asked if it’s still possible, she said no. Please train staff to ask a basic question to customers whether they are member or not. And if they forgot, please train them how to key in points after the transaction.
