"The sales lady didn't ask if I was a member. After I paid, I asked about member points, and she said, "Oh sorry, you didn't mention you were a member." She just apologized and didn't attempt to enter my points. When I asked if it was still possible, she said no. Please train staff to ask customers a basic question: whether they are a member or not. And if they forget, please train them on how to enter points after the transaction. For a reputable company, they are lacking passionate customer service representatives.
