"Always looking for something sweet after a savory meal, and this is my favorite place to go.
The inside is quite narrow and not very spacious, so seating is a bit tight. The staff weren't too friendly; they didn't really smile or greet us, and even though there were 3 of them behind the counter, only 1 was working. The price is average.
I tried the matcha gelato – the taste is intense. If you like strong matcha, you’ll like this. The chocolate flavor is rich and quite good."

This is my honest review. I've wanted to try Inside Scoop and found a branch in Johor. However, the price really shocked me! Maybe I'm new to this kind of calculation, where they keep adding more to the receipt, when the price shown on screen is different.
I thought I would be paying RM16+ with SST only. Sadly, it's not transparent. For those who love transparency and don't read the fine print at shops, be prepared. That's all I can say.
The taste wasn't memorable. Only this bitter feeling of not knowing...

The flavor selection was out of this world—classic favorites alongside inventive seasonal options that you won’t find anywhere else. I tried the Valrhona chocolate and durian, and each scoop was incredibly creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and actually care about what they're serving.
The staff was patient, happy to offer samples, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect flavor. Prices were fair for the generous portions.

This was one of our first visits here, and for the first time, we decided to try their mochi. Usually, we go for their ice cream, but we were excited to explore something new. We absolutely loved the Mochi Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream; it was a perfect balance of chewy and creamy!

"We received good service from your staff yesterday. They were patient in explaining the waffle options to my husband and me. We initially wanted a single waffle, but she suggested a more affordable option: the peanut butter waffle with a zero-sugar cafe latte and iced chocolate, all for only RM22. We were greeted as soon as we stepped into the store. I was a bit confused and didn't know what ice cream to choose, but we were given a few samples to make sure we were satisfied with our order. After we ordered, the cashier, a young Malay guy, suggested we get a tea time deal, which was worth the price. I still remember how crispy the croffle was and how flavorful it was with the ice cream on top. They have a unique local collaboration flavor of ice cream that is good to try. I will definitely be back again to explore other ice cream flavors. ❤️
