Always looking for something sweet after savory meal, and here is my favorite place to go. Inside is quite narrow and not very spacious, seating a bit tight. Staff not too friendly, didn’t really smile or greeting, 3 of them in the counter but only 1 working. Price is average. Tried the matcha gelato – taste is intense, if you like strong matcha, you’ll like this. Chocolate flavour is rich and quite good.

This is my honest review. I've wanted to try inside scoop and found a branch in Joho. However, the price really shocked me! Maybe I'm new to this kind of calculation, where they keep adding more in the receipt, when the price shown on screen is different. I thought I'll be paying RM16+ with SST only. Sadly it's not transparent.. For those who love transparency and don't read anything in between at shops. Be prepared.. that's all I can say.. The taste was not memorable.. Only this bitter feeling of not knowing..

My first time going to Inside Scoop because of the Lokal Legends Party Packs but sadly it was OOS. Their Buttermilk Waffles and Ice-cream all delicious!! I tried Mixed Berries Cheesecake and Gula Melaka Chocolate. The female server was very welcoming too!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this ice cream shop absolutely deserves the praise! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle and the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The shop was clean, cozy, and full of cheerful vibes. The flavor selection was out of this world — classic favorites alongside inventive seasonal options that you won’t find anywhere else. I tried the valhona chocolate and durian , and each scoop was incredibly creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and actually care about what they’re serving. The staff were patient, happy to offer samples, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect flavor. Prices were fair for the generous portions. This is more than just an ice cream shop — it’s a must-visit experience. Whether you're a die-hard dessert lover or just looking for a little treat, this place is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. I’ll definitely be coming back… probably way too often!

This was one of our few visits here and for the first time, we decided to try their mochi. Usually, we go for their ice cream, but we were excited to explore something new. We absolutely loved the Mochi Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream. It was a perfect balance of chewy and creamy! They offer a wide variety of flavours, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The options make it tempting to keep coming back to try more! For those looking to dine in, there are two sets of four-seater tables available, providing a cozy and intimate spot to enjoy your treats. Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality of their desserts and the variety of options make it a favorite. We’ll definitely return to try more flavours in the future. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

We has been greeted once we step in to the store. And I abit confused which is dunno what to choose for my ice cream. But we has been given a few sample of ice creams to make sure that we satisfied on our order. And after order all the cashier which is a young malay guy has suggest us to get a tea time deal which is worth the price . And i still remember how crispy the croffle and flavourful the croffle goes with the ice cream on top. And they have a unique local collaboration flavour ice cream is good to try, for sure will be back again to explore on other ice cream. ❤️

Very nice ice cream at very reasonable prices. The flavours at this branch seemed quite ordinary and limited when I visited on a weekday. The chocolate tastes smooth and rich and dense, very nice. The salted caramel is light and not so dense but still tastes good.

Good service from your girl staff yesterday that have a patient that explain to me and my husband about waffle. At first we want single waffle , and she suggest that affordable price that change peanut butter waffle + cafe latte zero and iced chocolate that price only rm22. love your staff that have highly patient.

Imo, i like this one better than BR. It mostly caters to the local flavours (weird but simply nice) I purchased ferrero rocher ice cream and taufufah ice cream (seasonal) and must’ve pay RM2 additional for each of the waffle cone. Don’t forget to install the apps to scan the barcode. You can redeem your birthday rewards and collect points for future redemption!

my first time rasa inside scoop and rasa dia rich gila!!! mine was something coffee i forgot its name and levvv it. all is yummy. all staffs very friendly and so kind. they gave us tried every flavor and i was surprised how good the durian one. i dont like durian but surprisingly it tasted good like a real one????
