Staff has no EQ. The machine was down and couldn’t take payment, and the wait that should be 2 minutes became close to 10 minutes. The staff has no idea how to appease angry customers at all and no sense of diffusing situations like this.

I experienced unsatisfactory customer service from Siti Aisyah Mohd Fadil. She lacked basic greeting etiquette and was unable to provide a clear answer to a simple question. Her demeanor, including prolonged eye contact with customers, was considered unprofessional.

Felt something was amiss after I got back after collecting my order for 8 packets for friends and family, was informed to come back later as some of the flavours were in preparation.
The six 300g packets were each about 50g lighter when I weighed them when I got back. The 200g packets were ok. Effectively I was given 300g less overall.
Highlighting such dishonest behavior so that others will insist that their orders be weighed in front of them, even if their orders were pre-packed.
Including evidence of the weighing as well as receipt to support the experience.
Very disappointed by the blatant dishonesty here, hope others will use my experience to prevent a similar situation for themselves.

New staff: extremely slow, how unsure do you have to be to scoop cookies to make it 100g?
Other staff: kept hitting baked trays and roughly pouring out the cookies, hence half the cookies are broken pieces or chipped when put in the display shelf. What's the problem with this location? Bukannya busy pun.

Bought 3 packets of 300g each cookies . We didnt eat right after we bought as at time its already night. The next day we open and try to eat, unfortunately its already stale . VERY DISSAPOINTED ! The seal was locked and not open . We just opened the cookies bag and its already stale and not crunchy at all. The worker at this branch did not do their job to ensure all cookies in good condition and remain crunchy before sell to people. Horrible staff. Such a waste as we bought a lot ! Experienced these two times already and guess its the branch problem & staff too lazy to ensure the cookies are good.

Very poor service attitude. Waited in line for 15 minutes, only to be informed that the item we desired was no longer available. This is incredibly frustrating, especially given the apparent lack of inventory control. While we understand that popular items can sell out quickly, it's unacceptable to not have a system in place to prevent this situation. Furthermore, we observed other customers ahead of us being allowed to reserve the item despite being told reservations were unavailable. This inconsistent application of policy created an unfair advantage for some and left others disappointed. Clear communication and consistent policies are essential for a positive customer experience. Management should address these issues to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Don't come to Famous Amos Toppen again. The staff have no respect for customers. We asked politely, but the cashier even clicked their tongue and disrespected us. If you're tired, don't be a cashier and make faces at customers or glare at them. If possible, avoid coming here again. The cashier who served me was SITI AISYAH MOHD FADHIL. I will remember that you disrespected my mother!!!!!!
