"I felt something was amiss after collecting my order of 8 packets for friends and family. I was informed to come back later, as some of the flavors were still in preparation.
When I got back, the six 300g packets were each about 50g lighter when I weighed them. The 200g packets were okay. Effectively, I received 300g less overall.
I'm highlighting this dishonest behavior so that others will insist that their orders be weighed in front of them, even if the orders are pre-packed.
I'm including evidence of the weighing, as well as the receipt, to support my experience.
I'm very disappointed by the blatant dishonesty here. I hope others will use my experience to prevent a similar situation for themselves."

"Very poor service attitude. We waited in line for 15 minutes only to be informed that the item we wanted was no longer available. This is incredibly frustrating, especially given the apparent lack of inventory control. While we understand that popular items can sell out quickly, it's unacceptable to not have a system in place to prevent this situation. Furthermore, we observed other customers ahead of us being allowed to reserve the item, despite being told reservations were unavailable. This inconsistent application of policy created an unfair advantage for some and left others disappointed. Clear communication and consistent policies are essential for a positive customer experience. Management should address these issues to prevent similar occurrences in the future."

If you're tired, don't be a cashier and make faces or glare at customers. If possible, avoid going here again. The cashier who served me was SITI AISYAH MOHD FADHIL.
