I would like to ask, was the staff member in the photo forced to work here or what is the issue? This is the second time I’ve come to buy pizza from this outlet and his service remains the same. As a customer, I do not expect him to act like a clown just to entertain me. A simple smile, a “thank you,” and handing me my food politely would have been enough. Unfortunately, he did not do any of that. The first time I came here was on 17 August around 6:30–7:00 PM. You may check your CCTV footage if you do not believe me. At first, I didn’t mind that he ignored me when I arrived but when I came to collect my order, he simply tossed the plastic bag at me without even looking at my face. Both my partner and I were shocked but we brushed it off, thinking perhaps he was tired. However today when I visited again, the exact same behavior occurred. For the record, I come here because your pizza is delicious. But if this is the level of service your staff provides, please do not bother to expect repeated or regular customers anymore to this outlet. If the photo I attached is not clear enough, here are the details of the staff member. He is a dark-skinned, heavy build, possibly Indian or Bangladeshi, i am not really sure. He clearly lacks customer service orientation. I am writing this not just because I paid as a customer but also because I myself work in the customer service line and I know what good service should look like. Please send this staff member for proper training, place him on a Performance Improvement Plan or terminate his employment if you truly care about your business. Kindly check the attached images for proof. Thanks, but I am not gonna buy Eat Pizza @ Aeon Tebrau anymore.
