Don't go to this shop to change battery, accidentally damaged my watch. Verified by another watch shop as got new scratch in my watch that might damaged the crown. Didn't apologize but keep giving execuses your watch is too old model, already good enough of wearing for 5-6 yrs,maybe also rusty but there is no sign of it. The crown still working before sending them to replace battery only. Bad service and not professional!!

City Chain, please acknowledge your staff, Nisa and Emma from City Chain Aeon Tebrau on their good attitude and honesty. On 18 November 2024, I was thankful to Nisa and Emma for being honest. My cash slipped out from my bag, without me realising it as I was paying for my purchase. One of the staff, actually go around the mall to look for me. I was very touched with their honesty and dedication towards their job. Keep up the good work Nisa and Emma👍
