Don't go to this shop for a battery change; they accidentally damaged my watch. Another watch shop verified that there was a new scratch, possibly damaging the crown. They didn't apologize, but kept making excuses, saying my watch was an old model, good enough after 5-6 years, and maybe rusty, even though there were no signs of that. The crown was working before I sent it in for a battery replacement. Bad service and unprofessional!
