"City Chain, please acknowledge your staff, Nisa and Emma from City Chain Aeon Tebrau, for their good attitude and honesty. On November 18, 2024, I was thankful to Nisa and Emma for being honest. My cash slipped out of my bag without me realizing it as I was paying for my purchase. One of the staff members actually went around the mall to look for me. I was very touched by their honesty and dedication to their job. Keep up the good work, Nisa and Emma! 👍"

Don't go to this shop for a battery change; they accidentally damaged my watch. Another watch shop verified that there was a new scratch, possibly damaging the crown. They didn't apologize, but kept making excuses, saying my watch was an old model, good enough after 5-6 years, and maybe rusty, even though there were no signs of that. The crown was working before I sent it in for a battery replacement. Bad service and unprofessional!
